Rebooted Crockpot Beanless Chili

This is my absolute favorite Chili recipe and I make it often during the colder months in Atlanta. It’s also very simple and extremely filling, perfect for people who are in a hurry. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pound grassfed ground beef

1 cup diced celery

1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes

1 small can diced green chilies

1/4 cup chopped raw onion

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Turmeric

3 tsp ground Cumin Seed

6 tsp Chili powder

Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir. Set on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours so the spices have a chance to really stew.

3Serve hot with cheese if you would like (minus the cheese if you are in Reboot stage one).
