 2 heads of cabbage, sliced
 Smoked sausage (Nitrate Free at Whole Foods), sliced
 1 large onion, sliced
 1 bell pepper, diced
 Olive oil
 Creole seasoning (gluten free if necessary)
 Garlic powder
 About half cup of water

Sauté onions and bell pepper in heated oil, then add sliced smoke sausage.

Next add cut up cabbage, and water.

Cover and simmer.

Add seasoning to taste.

Cook until cabbage is tender (not mushy).
